Photos & Images
I do not have a digital copy of my photo; can I still print this photo on canvas?
We can only use digital files of images. Fortunately, you can take your printed photos to a local print shop, or photo kiosk, and have them converted to digital files. It is usually not very expensive to have an entire album converted. For quality results, your digital photos need to be at least 150 dpi.
We can only provide this service for a large order, if you have more then 10 photos to print on canvas, please contact us and we would try our best to help you.
I do not know anything about photo editing or computers; how will I know the print will look good?
We ask that your digital file is at least 150 dpi, as photos of this resolution look great on canvas prints. If you are not sure about how your photo will look, email the image to email@example.com. Let us know the canvas photo sizes you are considering, and we will provide you with recommendations.
Construction & Printing
How are your frames made?
We use wooden, kiln-dried pine frames with depths of 38mm/1.5 inch. Each of our high quality, durable frames includes a raised lip around the perimeter; this keeps indentations from forming on the canvas.
What type of canvas do you use?
Our canvas photo prints are produced on HD 100% matte cotton that has a GSM count of 340. To protect our high-quality canvases, we add a coating that makes them resistant to damage from water, dust, and UV light.
Do you offer canvas wrapping options?
Absolutely. Your canvas photo print can be stretched around the frame in one of three ways:
The entire photo is visible from the front, and the image is mirrored onto the sides of the frame.
The image is wrapped continuously around the front and the sides of the frame.
Solid Color Wrap
The entire photo is visible from the front, and the sides are filled with the solid color of your choosing.
If you have unique wrapping requirements you would like to request, please contact us to learn more about your options.
What kind of printers and inks do you use?
We print on state-of-the-art, professional Epson printers, along with certified Epson inks.
Care & Maintenance
Are canvas photos difficult to keep clean?
Absolutely not. Your photos can be kept in top condition with the use of a static-electricity dusting cloth or a vacuum with a brush attachment. You should never use any cleaning liquid or compound.
How long will my prints last?
If you keep your prints out of direct sunlight, and shield canvas prints from dust and moisture, they can last many years. Metal and acrylic glass photo prints are even more durable and resistant.
How much will delivery cost?
The delivery price start from £6.99. As we supply to all europe there are different prices depending on where you live.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
Yes, we do.
How long does it take?
After you have submitted your order, you can expect your photo prints to arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery selected and the area where you live.
What payment methods do you accept, and are they secure?
We accept major credit cards through paypal. All of our online payments are processed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology.
